LEGAL REVIEW REQUIREDThis is a standard template for an open-source decentralized attention protocol. Formal legal review by specialized Web3 counsel is required prior to mainnet public operation in specific jurisdictions.

Statutory Platform Disclosure

TopToken rankings are based solely on verified cryptocurrency contributions committed to projects and do not represent endorsement, safety, legitimacy, financial performance, technical vetting, or investment advice.

1. Non-Custodial Nature of Protocol

TopToken.vc is an unmediated web interface interacting with immutable smart contracts on the BNB Chain. TopToken.vc never takes custody of private keys or user funds. All on-chain transfers are non-custodial and forward automatically to multi-signature treasury addresses.

2. Strict Non-Refund Policy

Cryptocurrency transactions committed to TopTokenPay smart contracts or merchant processors are final, irreversible, and non-refundable. Contributions permanently boost target project rank totals and cannot be returned under any circumstances, including if a project is subsequently flagged or frozen.

3. Assumption of Risk

Users assume all risks associated with using cryptographic tokens, decentralized networks, and smart contracts. TopToken.vc assumes no responsibility for economic losses, token devaluation, smart contract bugs, blockchain reorganizations, or third-party phishing.
